Delete your account
You can permanently close your Forza Team account and remove your personal profile information at any time.

Delete from the app
- Sign in to the Forza Team mobile app.
- Open your profile menu and choose Profile settings.
- Scroll to Delete account and select Delete my account.
- Type DELETE and confirm.
Your login is revoked immediately and you are signed out on completion. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
Request deletion on the web
If you cannot access the app, email our support team from the address associated with your account. Include your account email and club name so we can verify the request securely.
What is deleted
- Your login credentials and active sessions.
- Your name, email, phone number, profile image, address, and device push tokens.
- Your notification preferences, chat memberships, reactions, and active role assignments.
What may be retained
Club-owned operational records may be retained only where needed for safeguarding, legitimate club administration, dispute resolution, or a legal obligation. When retained, they are disconnected from your identifiable profile and shown as belonging to a deleted user. Player records managed by a club are controlled by that club; a parent or guardian may contact the club or our support team to request deletion of a child's data.
