Terms of service
These terms govern access to and use of Forza Team. By using the platform you agree to them. If you are using Forza Team on behalf of a club, you agree to them for that club.

The service
Forza Team provides multi-tenant software for managing soccer clubs — rosters, seasons and teams, scheduling and attendance, communication, files, and player evaluations. We may improve or change features over time.
Accounts & access
Access is invite-only. Accounts are created by a club administrator inviting coaches and families; there is no public self-registration. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Roles and permissions are assigned by the club and enforced by the platform.
Acceptable use
- Use the platform only for legitimate club management, and only within your assigned role and scope.
- Do not attempt to access another club's data or another family's information.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or attempt to disrupt or probe the service.
- Do not use the platform to contact children outside the club's legitimate activities.
Responsibilities for minors' data
Clubs and their staff are responsible for obtaining any consents required to store and process the data of the minors they manage, and for using that data only for club purposes. Forza Team provides the safeguards described in our Child Safety commitments; clubs must use the platform consistently with them.
Your content
Clubs and their users retain ownership of the data and content they put into the platform. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability & changes
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Forza Team is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
